The Jordan XX celebrates MJ's life with laser-etched symbols on the leather and suede upper, motorcycle-inspired traction grooves and twenty herringbone pods that celebrate the Air Jordan franchise. Other details include a hidden lacing system, memory-foam-backed collar lining, Phylon™ midsole with I.P.S. technology and a rubber cupsole. The Jordan III was originally designed by Tinker Hatfield and was showcased in Spike Lee commercials. Features of this shoe include a full-grain leather upper, internal lacing system, polyurethane midsole with Air-Sole™ unit in the heel, and a solid rubber outsole.
